Car Rental Terms and Conditions

The pickup and delivery of the vehicle (airport, port, hotel) is free of charge.

It is not allowed to transport and use the vehicle outside Syros.

The renter should have a valid European or International Driving License.

All drivers must have reached the age of 21 and hold a driving license for at least 12 months for car hire in categories A, B and C. For car hire in the other categories, the driver must have completed the 23 years of age and be a holder of a driving license for at least 24 months.

In case of partial use of a contract, no money is returned without prior approval by our company.

Customers who have not confirmed their reservation will not be served.

The customer will have to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel he has received. If the car is returned with extra fuel, the value of the fuel is not refunded.

Unlimited kilometers.

Car change in case of mechanical failure.

 

Additional charges

Additional drivers : 2 drivers are free.

Baby / Baby Seat: Minimum € 5 (€ 2 / day per seat).

 Other insurance information

 Full safety does not cover damages to the windows, mirrors, tires and the bottom of the car.

 The insurance does not cover any damage caused by a crash after using alcohol and drugs, or by unauthorized use or by a violation of the Road Traffic Code.

 The tenant is responsible for any fine resulting from the violation of the Road Traffic Code.
